Reporting a problem
Include these details so we can understand what happened:
- Your extension version and Chrome version.
- Whether you’re using ChatGPT or Claude.
- What you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
- A redacted screenshot or copied Minimap diagnostic, if available.
Before sending, remove API keys, passwords, and private conversation content from screenshots, diagnostics, and your email.
Quick troubleshooting
- After updating the extension, refresh the chat page.
- Scroll the original chat to load older messages.
- If a layout warning appears, try Retry. If the problem persists, copy the diagnostic and include it in your email.
- AI features are optional and off by default. Configure them under Options → Labs.
Known limitations
ChatGPT and Claude control which messages are loaded. Minimap may discover older turns as you scroll. Messages that have been unloaded may need to be loaded again before navigation works.
Site layout changes can temporarily affect compatibility.
